Do you mean USPS? Not sure on age limits but you must have ID that shows your physical address. Best of Luck.

UPS leaves things on your door a lot without even seeing people.

where i live UPS is a good company and they wont leave a package until someone signs it off and you have to 18, if they come to your house twice and no one can sign you have to pick it up yourself(or and adult)
