UPS delivered item and itme may have been stolen?

My job shipped an item via UPS and the item shows delivered but I don't have the item. My job won't replace the item becuase I wanted it sent to my home address and my job says UPS will not deliver because they claim it was delivered in a safe zone which is not true many people could see my item dropped off. Is this tryu with UPS or can I still file a claim.

You can file a claim, but UPS isn't all that interested in looking out for you.  They might do something, but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.
