What's some good exercises that would help me prepare for this job? Also should I bring along my resume on the interview, because from what I hear your going to spend a lot of time on tour and filling in paperwork?

No you will not thier really not much you can do to get ready for it. The first week or so you will really not like it but you should have a trainer to help you load. i load about 4.000 a day at Fedex. Its hot sucks and heavey sometimes
