  1. it's unity of thought and action.  when u r exploited by the capitalist and it's so obvious,  united action ensures success in the industrial action u take.  when we work 35hrs a week and yet still a partimer -  that's exploitation.  the management making all that profit for themselves.  

    so its also devolution, profit-sharing,  and dont be too greedy as u can hv so much of one thing.  so there's also a limit to the accumulation of wealth.  this is not on the agenda but it's at the back of our minds.  

    tough negotiation too.  union must be steadfast and objective.  dont strike for frivolous reasons.  choose your battles and win it!
