UPromise...I'm sure you've already heard this but...?

Question

Well, I know it's not a scam, but how much money a year do you think the average person earns? I sent the emails to about 10 relatives whom I'm sure will link their Safway and Albertsons cards and use it to shop online and such.

Also, does the company you buy/use services from pay the 1=10%? Or is that in addition to your purchase, your gonna have to pay 1-10% of your total purchase to put in the Upromise account. Also, when the time comes, how do I access the money. Um...is there any additional info I should know about/be concerned about?

The sites down right now, btw. And I just signed up for it and am explaining it to part of my family who happens to be here right now.

I signed up for it 3 months ago and so far have made zip.

Of course, I didn't spend anything to do it, but I still got my hopes up :o(
