URGENT, child passport expiration dates. please help.?

I am flying to Menorca tomorrow for our family holiday but my childs passport expires in the September of this year. Is he still able to fly?

people have been telling us different things some say he is able to fly until the date of expiration but others say 3 months. please help.

Depending on the country, he may be ok.  However, most country require that you have at least 6 months left on your passport before you leave on your trip.

I am not sure where you are... I would contact the Regional Passport agency nearest you, to be sure,

If you are not from the USA, contact your nearest passport agency in your country.

yes he is still able to fly as long he's back in the country before september. if I were you, i would reaply for a new passport for your child before you go. If it expires and you are still in Menorca, your child won't be able to get back in the country. good luck though.
