URGENT, how do i reasamble a kitchen sink?

pls help me anyone

i have open my sink for cleaning

and now i dong know how to put it back esp. the rubber.

it is smaller then the pipe and it isnt going in.

Are there two different size pipes you are dealing with and have picked up the wrong rubber washer?  Here's some sketches and descriptions that might help.  Good luck.

I assume you have taken apart a P-trap or a J Trap.

Or are you fighting with a garbage disposal?

Plastic or metal pipe?  is it a rubber washer, or a ring seal?
