URGENT :A Narcologist or a doctor only please?!?!?

Hello i really need help i do amphetamine like 3 times a week.And well my doctor knows about it but today after taking the drug i felt bad at my work and went home and i feel really sick and my muscles hurt( heart hurts too) What should i do? Should i go to a doctor or it will be over after the effects?

you will soon feel these effects tomorrow and you better see a doctor and seek advice over this. You must have done something wrong so it is better you see a doctor before you end  up gettin joint pains and abdominal pains
