im pretty sure ups will be open. college still has school and i have work(at fedex) so im sure ups will be open

UPS is open on Monday, 100%.

I have a meeting with UPS reps in my office on Monday, and I asked them the same question you did just yesterday.

FedEx is also open, but USPS (Postal service) is closed.
