My first hamster Fluffy is approximately 7 months old, and I've had him for six and a half months now.
He is the best of all my hamsters...I consider him as my bundle of Joy.
He was doing great last week...he was healthy and eating/drinking right.
But today, when I filled his food bowl, I noticed he looked underweight, so I picked him up. He has lost a lot of weight.
He is walking like a hunchback.
No, not wet tail. His poo is just normal and he's eating.drinking right.
I've cleaned his cage as well.
Sorry, it's summer time and the vet has gone away for holidays, and there is only one vet over here. The other one is at the opposite side of the country, and my dad won't take me there just for a tiny hamster.
I gave him some cucumber pieces today.
Any idea what has happened to him?
I really don't want to lose him.
He was the only one I had when I was lonely, emotionally broken down...and he helped me cheer up.
Please help.
I've raised him like my child, and don't wanna lose him.
