does anyone know a website on the web where i can find Financial Statements for a certain company?

i'm stuck!

please if you do..tell me. i need to know for an assignment.

If the company is public and is in the US, then you can go to check on the SEC Edgar website http://www.sec.gov/edgar.shtml

Otherwise, you can go the company's website, look for "investor services" tab or something like that and normally you should be able to download annual (10-K) and quarterly (10-Q) statements on pdf format.

Otherwise you may just google the name of the company with the key words 10-K and 10-Q or financial statements and you should find the desired link/
