URGENT: How do I arrange Seminars or meetings in USA if I am an Indian living in India?

I am Indian Entrepreneur and I hold coaching sessions online for Marketing and Product Optimization.

My seminars have always been held online till date. But now my clients, mostly U.S. based are requesting for an off line seminar which thy want to be held in the USA, sice most of them live in the USA.

Now I am an Indian resident, have never been to USA. I want to know which type of Visa will be required for the same purpose.

Also, how can I plan my stay at the USA? Can I take my family members along with me?

By which all payment modes can I charge them?

Any sources of information are welcome. I would be grateful for the replies.

  1. First go to the location where you want to arrange a seminar.

    Hire a seminar hall, projector and whatever other apparatus you need.

    Conduct your seminar.

    People can pay via credit cards or checks in your name.

  2. My first and foremost advice to you is to get a B1/B2 visa FIRST. Without this, whatever plans you make will be for naught. When you have this visa for you and whoever you want to bring along - then post the question again.

    Basically, you will want the people (or Company) to sponsor your trip and make all the arrangements for you, including your hotel. Your professional fee can be separate from all these expenses including airfare. Good luck.
