URGENT...How do i take good photos?

right well ive got a wedding in two days time my brothers getting married and when we take photos i want the look on my face to look HOT now i am a pretty good looking guy... but im just not sure how to take pictures well... has anyone got any info' or a site i could go on to do this well? thanks and all the best x

you'll do fine, kid...just don't ham for the camera. what your moma tells you:  "sit up straight, comb your hair, clean that smudge off your face and WIPE THAT SMIRK OFF"

Unfortunately, there are absolutely no ways to master photography overnight. I would stick the rule of thirds, the golden rule of composition. Basically, you line your subject up where the lines intersect: http://photoinf.com/Golden_Mean/Michael_...

Just use a natural smile (please, none of the emo sulking) and be yourself.  The photographer will know how to pose you or direct you in the formals and family shots.  Just realize, this is the bride's big day, and the focus will be on her.  If you have a minute  you can ask the photog for a quick "hot" shot.  During the meal is a good time to ask.  But please don't interrupt his/her quick bite!

So, I actually read what you wrote, and you really don't care about being the photographer, but looking good in the pictures someone else is taking.

Look around at other examples and figure out what you like about the way the guys look in those photos and try to duplicate it.  Perhaps chin down, perhaps chin to the side.  Kinda depends on your looks.

Don't act goofy. Practice in front of a mirror. No Myspace looks.
