URGENT!! I REALLY NEED TO BE SKINNIER IN 5 DAYS!!?

hey guys i know its hard to get skinny in just five days and its really bad for your body.. but i have a piano/flute concert coming up this sunday and the dress that i'm gonna wear doesn't seem to fit well..my stomach is coming out and my legs are a bit fat. i'm not very overweighted but then i really want to look good on stage on sunday..

can someone please provide me some good suggestions of what to eat or exercise within these five days so i'll at least look skinnier on sunday??? THANK YOU SO MUCH!

    1 ounce cheddar cheese

    1 cup melon

    How It Works

    By some unspecified magical force, the combination of the suggested foods included in this plan is supposed to create a unique metabolic reaction and boost fat burning.

    Without an author or book, there is no documentation or explanation of how the 3 Day Diet food combinations burn fat, increase energy, cleanse the body, or lower cholesterol.

    As the name suggests, the 3 Day Diet lasts only three days, though it's said that it can be repeated indefinitely, as long as you alternate with 4-5 days of undefined "normal eating." The purpose of returning to your usual eating style is to keep your metabolism from slowing, reverting to fat-storing, starvation mode.


  2. Diet and exercise aren't the answer for something that short term. If you starved yourself, you'd FAINT at your concert when you tried to play, and that would be more embarassing than looking a bit plumper than usual in your dress.

    If you have the money and you want to drop just a couple of inches in order to fit into one dress once, there are some body-wrap treatments that will basically get water weight out of your body and make you thinner for just one day. You'd need to check to be sure they were safe to use with the stress/exertion of a concert, though, or again - fainting.

    If it's just your stomach being a little bulgier than you'd like for that particular dress, try looking into some 'control' underwear?  

  3. you should try the hollywood miracle diet you can lose 10 pounds in 2 days....i tried it i lost 7 pounds pounds in 2 days.....good luck!

  4. discipline is important.. try to go 2 the gym for 5 consecutive days and spend 2 hrs there... for breakfast eat only oatmeal, lunch --fruits.. and dinner -- just a small amount of viand..
