hey guys i know its hard to get skinny in just five days and its really bad for your body.. but i have a piano/flute concert coming up this sunday and the dress that i'm gonna wear doesn't seem to fit well..my stomach is coming out and my legs are a bit fat. i'm not very overweighted but then i really want to look good on stage on sunday..can someone please provide me some good suggestions of what to eat or exercise within these five days so i'll at least look skinnier on sunday??? THANK YOU SO MUCH!
