URGENT! I can't find the formula for mechanical energy and I need it to complete my lab. Does anyone know it?

I know that Potential Energy is E=mgh and Kinetic Energy is E=(mv^2)/2 but I can't find mechanical energy anywhere. My teacher never told it to us and now I can't finish my lab without it. If someone just gives me the formula I'd be very greatful. Thanks!
