URGENT INTERNET PROBLEM!?

Question

Hello, I accidentally uninstalled sweetIM internet something and wiped out some internet explorer 7 registry things!!!

I installed IE 8 but I still cannot use internet and I cannot use SweetIM

I dont want Firefox since my parents down want it and mom uses sweetim, so please help me to get back IE 7 or 8 and sweetim

I installed newest sweetim but problem did not vanish since runtime error program files sweetim.exe and same with internet program files internet . exe

Well yes, SweetIM has been known to actually integrate itself into internet explorer, so it gets into the registry keys, i wouldn't advise you use it, but if you wish to, be more careful about uninstalling things lol. SweetIM requires a good working internet explorer (to integrate itself into) which is why the run time error occurred when you tried installing it again. If you are running XP, uninstall Internet explorer 8. Then take a memory stick to a friends computer (who is running XP!!) and go to there program files, copy, the file internet explorer and paste it, onto your memory stick then onto your computer at home, in program files. then copy the shortcut from there onto your desktop, and use that, then install sweetIM. Just make sure you dont modify your internet connection settings, because then you will be bummed.
