Ok so i want to be a flyer so ive been stretching all summer and when i stand against a wall someone can push my leg all the way up to like my shoulder but i cant do it by myself. idk i just cant kick it up that high to hold it and when i can its really hard to hold. Ok... now i can already sit in my side splits all the way so as you can see i got the flexibility thing down... i just cant hold it!!! i dont want all my work to go down the drain please give me some tips!!!
