Q1 How these pieces of equipment can cook pizza :Pizza Stove and Fan Forced Oven

Q2 Explain the role temperature plays in the making and cooking of a pizza?

  1. I would recommend visiting Google or Yahoo's search page and typing in "pizza stove" and "fan forced oven".  Read about them and find out their roles.

    Then see if you can find something about how heat cooks food, and you're set.
