URGENT!! What others visa can I apply after TWES (Training and Work Experience Scheme)? Student Visa? URGENT!!

Question

1. I am currently holding a TWES (18 Months valid from 25/05/06) visa. Does this mean I will have to spend 24 months outside the UK before I apply for another work permit? OR if I leave the country before 25/05/07, I will only need to spend 12 months outside the UK in order to apply for another work permit within the UK?

2. Does this depend on the date I leave the country or the date that the company inform the home office?

3. Does this TWES permit limit me from applying for full-time student visa in the UK? Would I still be able to apply for a full-time student Visa in the UK after I go back to my home country? How if I have the ACCA offer in UK, will there any problem when I apply student visa in my home country (Malaysia)?

4. Is there any time limit on when i will be allow to apply once I leave the UK?
