URGENT!!! Will a 1 1/8 suspension fork fit my 1993 specialized rockhopper?

I wanted to put a suspension fork on my specialized rock hopper mountain bike. I want this fork, and need to know if it will fit. I need legitimate answers

The bike has a 1 inch steertube.

The fork on ebay is not a mountain fork,it's a 700 hybrid fork.

Not for 26" wheels.

The bomber can be used if you buy a new crown/steerer for it.The Bomber has a stock 1 1/8th steel steer tube.Pressed in so a new crown and steertube is needed.

NOP! It wont work. your frame is 1" . You can get the fork but youll have to change the steerer. So youll end up expending more than the price of the fork.
