  1. you can put mud i heard that it takes out the stuff er what not.

  2. Use tweezers dipped in antisepict lotion and remove the sting.... then gently massage the areas with ice to help take the heat out of it and reduce the swelling (do this for about half an hour).... leave it after that with some anti-stiing cream or spray .... should be ok then .....

  3. I heard vinegar can help! Good luck

  4. Bees have barbed stings. Use a scraper - fingernail or blunt knife to remove them without squeezing the poison sac which may still be sticking out.

A cold wet cloth usually helps.

I remember having 6 bouncing off my head inside my beekepers hat not so long ago -you get used to them after a while.

  5. I have been keeping honey bees for several years now and i feel pretty confident about answering this one. Some form of benidryl or antihistamine will help with the itching and possibly the swelling if taken soon after the sting. You will receive lots of input about thinngs like meat tendorizer, tobacco, baking soda an other topical treatments. they are all just wives tales. I have tried and none seam to work. the venom of a wasp is different than that of a honey bee. a honey bees venom is an irritant used to defend the hive while a wasps venom is used to kill its prey. My best advice is to not rub or scratch and let it run its course. it is normal for it to be sore for a coupel of days

I have had stings itch and be sore for as little as a few minuts or as long as a weak

  6. If the sting is still in, get a credit card and scrape it down towards where it went in. Then, put it stung area in lemon juice and it should make the acidity neutral. Good luck, and DON'T panic, you will get stung again by another bee.
