URGENT! is it possible to pass a drug test for heroin after 24 hrs?

please help. i relpsed 24 hours ago and will be getting drug tested in about 30 minutes. i drank like 3 or 4 bottles of water yesterday and one today. i have a fast metabloism. do you think i will be able to pass?

It will have easily passed by now. Don't worry. Opiates take about 6hours to pass through.

Just make sure you don't look like you're detoxing otherwise they might suspect. Keep your cool.
