URGENT : my internet connection disappeared ! i can't find it under network connections.?

Question

i can't connect to the internet because the icon that i always use doesn't work. i went to its properties and i clicked "find target" and it's still not there.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

ps: i don't use a router. and i tried to restart the computer but it doesn't help. the internet service provider is curretly busy. i NEED it now.

go to control panel, network connections, and enable from there.
