For future reference, you plan ahead, but for now, generally, you contact the closest Brazilian foreign mission if you are not in Brazil, or you contact the Brazilian Ministry of the Interior if you are in Brazil, provide documentation of your citizenship and of the emergency, pay the fees for handling and overnight delivery, and you just might get it in time.
