URGENT plz Need Help getting started for physics poster?

wanted to know what u think i shud write about for my physics poster. the topic is:

"nuclear structure, isotopes and the periodic table"

just sum help on like wha specifically, if there's any trends in the per table.

and links too would be great.

10 points for best help and/or links to useful sites!

I'd put your name, class period, and teacher on the first sheet.  If you want a good score, don't use chat room contractions like, 'u' for you.  

On the next sheet I'd give the definitions of those three terms.  Wiki has good definitions.

On the next sheet, talk about the applications of elements and isotopes to society.  This information can be found in the attached links.  The first link is fairly basic and should be very helpful.
