i need to do an anthro project

i have no idea what to do it on

it can be anything about basic anthropology

you can do anything from write an essay to drawings of humans and monkeys

to sculptures of skulls

i want something easy and fast cuz i have other things due that are more and a jam packed week

I would get the playdo out and make a modern human skull and compare/contrast to a Neanderthal skull.  Show robust and gracile features, cranium capacities, prognathism, etc.  Easy.

The easiest & fastest, is to take a survey, and post results, along with your own conclusions, on whether people are in favor of Evolution vs Creationism...

More complex, write a paper on the similarities of gorilla, chimpamnzee, bonobo and human DNA and bone structures...

A high school project... when ever I am asked to lecture at high schools about anthropology, one project that I fall back on is having students write a short, two page essay describing a festival or fair that they have taken part in.

Describe who the participates in the event (i.e. what appeals to the older participants, younger participants, etc); what is the nature of the event being ethnic, heritage or cultural; research the origin of the event; is their any unusual dress or apparel involved, unique food, music, rituals, etc. Why do people still participate in the event?

maybe you could do a research paper for participant observation. Or you could just do a paper about the differences of community and society... uhmmm... maybe you could explain the evolution of man accdg to charles darwin... Or explain the types of methods used in Anthropology... That's the easiest way I could suggest...

If you want to do something that's pretty easy with tons of info, do a timeline of human evolution using the fossil record. You can do that by just making a chart. If you need a little more substance to the project, you could state the defining characteristics that make them all different species.

Well I think a very interesting project would be about the difference and similarities between journalism and anthropologist. Research how society view journalis... do we think journalis as negative media?
