Money multiplier = 1/(10%+50%)=1/60% =1/0.6=1.6667

Money supply=$1 bilion x 1.6667= $1.667 billions

Answ: quantity of money=$1.667 billions

P.S. though it might be that you meant initial money base were not $1 billion but 2000 billions (your record is doubtfull) then 2000*1.667=3333.33 bililons.
