  1. Walk  2 miles everyday with a friend or parent. Eat 5 to 6 smaller meals per day (so every 3 hours) and not skip breakfast... you are bound to lose 5 pounds in about 10 days.

    Also, no fried, junk or fast foods and drink 4 glasses of water per day.


  2. ok if u bike at a normal pace for an hour u loose 600 calories! plus it's funner than running and doesn't take much out of u. so if u just do that a few times a week that could really help!
