URL Filter Configuration

Question

I have a Toshiba Satellite M200 and i can get perfect wireless connection to the internet with my own wireless router but when i try to open up Internet Explorer it tells me that my URL filter has been configured to deny access to the web page but it denies me to every page except my home page but i have to click home for it to go to that page the only way o can connect to the internet and use Internet Explorer properly is with the ethernet cable and noone can tell me what the problem is. Any Ideas??
