US Airways Dividend Miles?

When turning in your miles - do you have to be one of the passengers? Or can I fly people using my miles? (I'm looking to fly my parents and two siblings down to where I live.)

Can anyone tell me if there are any rules about this?

  1. No, you do not need to be one of the passengers. You can redeem your miles for anyone you choose. See the link below (in the source area), then look under the subtitle "Transferring Awards".
