US MBA Admission?

I have following credentials

GMAT : 710

TOEFL: 101

WORK - EXP : 28 months, 4 months International experience

I want to get into best MBA schools in US. Could anyone guide how to get into these schools such as Harvard, Wharton,Stanford.

I want to know how write good essays for these schools does anyone know good guiding point?

Your GMAT is right in the range for such schools, and if your work experience and recommendations are strong, then you may be in good shape. It is the essays and so on that you'll need to focus on. A book like the one I've linked to, below, could help. You may also be able to find assistance in your home country, from an alumnus of one of these schools.
