  1. They have never been able to over-take "People" witth the celeb-obsessed crowd...political stridency has built many careers...be they Michael Moore or Sean Hannity...

    ...If it's good enough for MSNBC to claw its way out of 2nd Place...why not "US"?

  3. It's a gossip magazine that's trying to make money.  What is surprising about it?  I'm not saying it's right, but to them (US Weekly), it's a business.  They don't care about personal lives or peoples' feelings or privacy.

    If you ever have a chance to watch Dirt, Courtney Cox's show she starred in and produced (I believe it's off the air now, but I'm not sure if they will ever play reruns or anything), you should.  It shows the very dark and dirty side of gossip magazines and paparazzi, like how far they will go just to exploit celebrities.  Very interesting.

Wait til you see what the Enquirrer comes up with this week! i have spent enough hours on the net to know that what they will probably say will less than I would after reading all the Alaskan News and gov. and Alaskan blogs from before she was nominated... Well, forget about Newsweek. There is much more to come with witnesses and testimony of credible people.(Law enforcement and gov officials)

  11. That article was authored by a Mccain supporter who as a journalist couldn't bring herself to write a more positive article, If I cared I would give you the link to the article where she explains all of this. But I don't, you can find it at the Huffington Post.

    The authors name is Elizabeth Hasselbeck (I don't think it's the view person though)

    (btw, you may want to rethink your stance on g*y marriage because it looks like there is something blossoming between Jim and Doug down there)

  16. They were paid off. This is the same kind of dirty politics Obama is using in his smear ads - attacking Palin's family because he considers himselft worthy to judge other people's personal lives.

    Obama should look in the mirror and try to find a way to apologize to the Illinois taxpayers for wasting our money on him.  We haven't had a Senator in years!
