Me and my fiance are planning on getting married in the US Virgin Islands. We have about 15-20 people attending. We are looking for something moderatley priced. Any ideas or suggestions would greatly appreciated.

  1. I think if you want a budget deal that has all the amenities you'd expect from an island resort I'd recommend the Bolongo Bay Beach Resort in St. Thomas.  I like them because the rooms are really close to the beach, they have an all-inclusive package, and they have entertainment nightly.  It's also not a bad place to have the wedding.  If you're traveling with that many people I'm sure if you call them they would offer you a discount.

If you don't mind splurging, I'd recommend the Marriott Frenchman's Reef.  If money is no object, then the Ritz Carlton.

A nice resont on St. John is Caneel Bay.  Again, you'd be splurging.

On St. Croix I'd go with either Carambola or Divi Carina Bay.  The hotel prices on St. Croix aren't too bad.  Carina Bay is currently the only hotel in the USVI with a casino.

  2. A Google search for Virgin Island Weddings should give you a good assortment of companies that can help you with the planning and execution (oops!  poor choice of wording).  Good luck!
