US Work Visa question for Circus Troupes?

I'm trying to get around 150 visas between 10 Troupes for a one national touring circus. Can I put all 150 beneficiaries on one petition, and fill out separate I-824s for each troupe, or do i have to file separately for each troupe?

I would assume a P Visa would be the correct course due to the entertainment and performing aspect of this group.

As for the filing, I have seen bands and musical theatre groups who single individuals were not approved but others were, this tells me that you will either need to file for each individual, or for each troupe, but I am almost positive you can not clump 150 beneficiaries onto 1 petition.
