  1. Don't know if I've ever heard of anyone asking that specific question, but essentially it would mean why you want a higher education, why is it important to you. The family tie thing is difficult to establish precisely, but again, you might want to talk about what you intend to do with your degree once you get it. The consular officers know that it's difficult for an 18 year old to show strong ties, which is why they don't approve many for tourist visas, but the same officer might very well approve a person for a student visa that he would normally deny for a student visa. The real question is one of intent. Do you intend to use the student visa to go to school and get your degree, or not?

  2. You need to visit www.immigrate2us.net RIGHT NOW

This site is helping me file a I-601 waiver entirely on my own..

    The support there is awesome..

  3. Present a birth certificates, marriage certificates, land titles, certificate of employment and car registrations to show that you will return to your country after the stay in the US.
