This is a statement. What is you opinion of this? I need a few positives, because most research has lead to negative opinions and I need positive ones for a pro research paper.

  1. Demolition of major airports can decrease attacks.

To form militias in America might help to defend The U.S.A. from military attack while leaving other forces free to fight p****y perhaps.

    Negatives wars of conquest.

Also stop gang activity as it is done by unelected people and when gangs harm people or try to then the population could intervene.

This means things like gang rape.  These policies might make for a positive.

  2. you only can do so much getting someone to stop terriost attacks.

if you cant stop crime you cant stop terriost attacks.

  3. There really are no positives to this one.  As a stretch, I'll indulge you.  The policies that were passed following 9/11 have reduced the risk of terrorist acts because it gave those who conducted the attacks of 9/11 what they wanted...the policies.  9/11 was an inside job.  Best I could go.  Good luck with that research paper.  It would have been easier to write one on something like Jewish Philanthropists, or African American hockey players.  Just random examples.  Not intended to isolate any group.  I'm a white guy.  How about white dancers?  See what I mean?
