US re-entry permit traveling to France?

I have a US re-entry permit with a UK work visa and a UK Type C visa with multiple entries. Is this enough documentation to travel to France?

Your right to enter France is dependant upon your passport and nationality and not secondary documents.

France is a Schengen country so i would imagine you would be able to travel there from the uk but you probably need a passport because your not a UK citizen..

But just incase bring your USA passport because those other Uk documents aren't gonna get you over the border.
