US visitor visa for my parents from India-?

I have GC(green card) but I am currently not working. Can I still sponser my dad to come to USA ? do u think he will get the visitor visa for 10yrs? He is a government employee in India. Or do know where and how I can find answer to this? thanks everyone.

As you are in the USA,why don't you visit an attorney for the right answers/advice.

There is no way for anyone to be able to answer this question.  Whether your parents will qualify for US tourist visas will depend on too many things:  their current situation in India, how you went to the US and got your green card, what your other siblings are doing, etc, etc.

The best way to find the answer is to have them apply, and see what happens.

You don't sponsor anyone for a visitor's visa. They just apply like anyone else at the US embassy where they are located. If he/she will be approved will depend entirely on the documents presented and the result of their interview. It will be wrong to tell you otherwise.**
