This seems to be the USA Basketball Olympics Schedule,

But I'm just wondering what time zone this schedule is in and... what time would it broadcast on TV in California. And I know that the Olympics are on NBC4 but I don't have cable, can I still watch it?

All of those times you have listed are Eastern...so for you it would actually be three hours earlier than the time listed.

As you already know, the games will be broadcast on NBC.  As far as whether or not you can watch it without cable, that really depends on your exact location and whether you can receive NBC as an over the air broadcast.  If you don't already know if you can view NBC without cable in your area, my suggestion to you would be to turn on your TV and test out what channels you can receive which are viewable.

If you can't view it on TV, another way to see the game is online.  You can go to the following location:

NBC is showing games live online as well as allowing you to view games which have already been completed.
