USA Basketball game vs Spain time and channel?

I just want to double check if I got the time and channel right

So its on channel NBC at 11:30p.m. Pacific Time right?

Cause it said its on at 2:30a.m. Eastern Time. Im on the west coast so then i counted 3 hours back.

Is the channel and time right?

So wait, if its showing a tape delay at 2:30 am the next morning for the West Coast, does it mean it's NOT showing at all on NBC at 11:30pm the night before?  

I live in Arizona and am afraid we are not going to be able to watch it live at 11:45pm but instead have to wait til 2:30 am.  Is that correct?

Actually it's on at 2:30 AM PT as well because NBC shows it on tape for the westcoast.
