Is it possible to go from coach potato to physical fit enough for PJ in 6 months?

  1. You just have to work hard on what you are not good at. If you are fairly well in everything, then work harder to get to your goal. Start out working out for an hour a day. Gradually work your way up to where you can do as many as you can in an hour in half of an hour.
