USAGC DV LOTTERY SERVICES will give me a geencard or it is doing a betrayed.so i have to participate in it.?

  1. Only the US government issues green cards. The USAGC is something else. The most they could do is help you register for the DV lottery, which you could do on your own for free. So, no, you don't have to participate in it. Check out

    Registration for the DV lottery is closed right now and won't reopen until October.
