USB DVD player affected with virus.?

Question

I inserted a pen drive into my DVD player and the virus in the drive has affected my DVD player.Now it cant play DVD.What should I do.

I find that hard to believe. Idk what player you have, but the software is usually not that compatible with PCs. Would be like trying to run a PC virus on a mac. However, try formatting the HD on the player if it has one. And go back to factory settings.
