USB Device Manager Yellow ''!''?

Question

I had to uninstall windows xp, I re-installed windows. I was connected to the internet via USB (bt, blue cable) But after I reinstalled windows, I cant get online. I checked the device manager, and it shows in the USB portion, a yellow ''!'' and says no drivers have been installed. Please advise, thanks.

the answer of your problem is in your question. you definitely need to install drivers for your usb drive. there is nothing you can do about it except for installing drivers.

Sounds like the driver for the modem needs installed. Look to see if you have a CD that came with the modem. Or call your Internet Service Provider.

there should be another disk for your PC that has the drivers for your USB ports and other things you need to install them if you don't know where it is your going to need to use another computer to download them from the manufacture's site and burn to a CD

First, for your USB 2.0 to function you need to be running Windows Service Pack 2.  After the service pack is installed you should have USB.
