USB Dvice not reconised @ Web is not working

Excellency sir, i have Eton pc camra with USb port but ,alreday i installed but he give me massage USB port is not reconised, please advice me this the whic probulem in USB or camra,, the camra information is below,,
Install the driver with "cam1210_152.exe".
