USB FLASH problem

i have 1GB usb flash which was infected by viruses.

Now when i try to format it, a message saying "i have no rights to perform the operation appears". i used a certain anti-virus to delete the virus, but it doesnt help. when i try to safe data in the flash it says the destination is full. what can i do?
