When i plug in my usb and try to acces it it comes up please insert a disk into disk g. Then sometimes the files on my usb may come up but then i try to access them i cant. I keep getting the same message. Also my usb does not glow like it used to. There are important school files on my usb. If it is broken can u recommend a way to salvage these files. Please help.
