USB. I have copied .ART file to USB, closed it, checked it again to make sure it is still there

I have copied .ART file to USB, closed it, checked it again to make sure it is still there and it is.

When I put USB into sewing machine it comes up with the folder EMB5.

I asked at a Bernina shop today and they said to format the USB whilst in the machine. I have done this and copied file over but it still won't read it
