I have a Toshiba Satelitte A-135 S2276 Laptop, recently I had to have it sent back to Toshiba because of a automatic power on password that it set itself.  Now my USB ports are not working.  No matter what I plug in them they will not recognize it.  None of them are working.  Can you please help?

I have a Satellite A10-S100. Yesterday my usb ports
wereworkingfine, but this morning nonthing I plug into them
willwork. Noteven recognized.
