USB TV Tuner Suggestions?

Question

I'm looking for a USB TV Tuner that is good quality, can record Digital/ High Defenition TV (by supplied antenna of TV Tuner), is cheap and could also record VHS/ MiniDV home movies etc...

Please help!!!

USB tuners do that. the supplied antenna is worthless, use a full size antenna.  most have optional A/V input for analog  and considering the low quality of VHS, it is adequate. miniDV is best captured using the computer ilink digital input, not A/V.
